Cancellation and Online Booking Policy
As your nail technician, I strive to provide high-quality, personalized service, while maintaining an organized and fair schedule for all clients. To ensure a seamless experience for all, I have established the following cancellation and booking policies:

Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation & Punctuality
• Please confirm your appointment time and arrive promptly. This allows me to provide the high quality you deserve.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified to accommodate the schedule, or you may be asked to reschedule.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $30.00 fee per service.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without communication will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
3. Illness Policy
• To maintain a healthy and safe environment, please notify me if you are feeling unwell. While cancellations due to illness are still subject to the 24-hour cancellation fee, I encourage you to inform me as soon as possible to minimize charges.
• If you arrive ill, I reserve the right to decline service.
4. Unforeseen Circumstances
• If emergencies or unforeseen circumstances affect your ability to attend your appointment, please text me at 909-446-4850 as soon as possible.

Online Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
• All appointments booked online require a valid contact number and/or email address to confirm your booking.
2. Deposit Requirement
• All first-time clients are required to secure their initial appointment online with a visa/ and or debit card. This is a requirement in acknowledging my 24 cancelation policy, and are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
3. Booking Adjustments
• Please ensure you select the correct services when booking online. If additional services are required feel free to text me for clarification.
• Additional services such as product removal and art require extra time and should be added when booking your appointment. This includes French Manicures as they take extra time as well.
4. Appointment Reminders
• Automated reminders will be sent prior to your appointment. Please review the details carefully and notify me of any issues.
5. Late Arrival
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be modified to fit the schedule, or you may need to reschedule entirely.
